CHELSEA have signed 16-year-old goalkeeper Sami Tlemcani from Paris FC.
The teenager will join up with the club’s academy after spending two years with the Ligue 2 side.

Tlemcani has been involved with Paris FC’s first-team since the age of 15.
The French club confirmed on their website that he has left on a permanent deal.
A statement read: “Paris FC and Chelsea FC have agreed to transfer Sami Tlemcani permanently.
“After a little more than two years, the young goalkeeper has joined the London club and will continue his progression across the Channel.”
Chelsea, who spent over £230million on transfers this summer, are yet to confirm the move.
The Blues appear to be preparing for the future after goalkeeping errors haunted them last season.
Kepa Arrizabalaga has been dropped by Lampard after making a number of costly mistakes.
Chelsea tried to sell the struggling Spaniard – but did not receive any offers before the transfer deadline.
Edouard Mendy is the club’s new No1 following his £22m move from Rennes.
It has been a busy summer for Lampard, who is on a mission to turn his team into title contenders.
He also signed Timo Werner, Kai Havertz, Hakim Ziyech, Malang Sarr, Ben Chilwell, Thiago Silva.
And the Blues offloaded the likes of Tiemoue Bakayoko, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Josh Grant and Ross Barkley.
