THIAGO SILVA made a shocking error on his Chelsea debut that led to West Brom scoring in the pulsating 3-3 draw.
And in a brutal introduction to Premier League football, the Chelsea captain watched on as Albion scored three goals in 30 minutes to stun Frank Lampard on the bench.

Silva slipped in the 25th minute to allow Callum Robinson to nick the ball and fire past Willy Caballero, preferred in goal to blunder keeper Kepa.
The Blues were already 1-0 down before this when Marcos Alonso’s error let in Robinson to score his first.
Things got even worse as a collective for the visitors when Kyle Bartley poked home after Chelsea were left looking like statues at a corner.
Despite spending £220million this summer, mostly on attacking players, Chelsea’s defensive frailties were brutally exposed at The Hawthorns.
Blues fans heralded the signing of Silva when he joined on a free from Paris Saint-Germain.
But he will need to keep his eye on the ball a lot better than he did tonight if he is going to endear himself to Blues fans.
Boss Lampard looked a mixture of stunned and fuming as he slumped on to his seat in the dugout at 2-0 down.
But things only got worse for the 42-year-old gaffer when centre-half Bartley made it 3-0 on the half-hour mark.

Lampard immediately signalled to his bench as if he was ready to make instant changes.
But he decided to let the starting XI show him what they got for the remainder of the first 45.
The half-time team talk won’t have been a pretty affair as Albion, who had conceded EIGHT goals in their opening two Premier League, looked on course for an easy win.
But Lampard’s troops showed some fight to somehow bag a point from the game thanks to second-half strikes from Mason Mount, sub Callum Hudson-Odoi and Tammy Abraham.
Speaking about Silva, Lampard said after the game: “Thiago made a mistake, he has been around long enough to know that.
“But we will certainly give him that one in his first game.
“We need to cut out the mistakes as a team so we don’t concede.m We need to be strong together and keep encouraging one another.”
