LEEDS’ Bright Young Things are looking for some reflected glory on their return to the Premier League – with new shirts designed to shine under floodlights.
The white home top got a broad thumbs-up from fans on social media – although they were far more interested in whether Leeds can beat several Prem giants to sign loan star Ben White from Brighton.

Marcelo Bielsa’s Championship winners proudly unveiled the traditional-looking kit, with blue trim on the shoulders.
And they said on their website: “The wait is over! Today we unveil adidas’ take on our famous white shirt.
“Leeds United have collected more trophies in white than in any other colour jersey.
“For our first adidas kit, we’ll wear a crisp white shirt that shines under the Elland Road floodlights.
“The soft fabric keeps you dry from the stadium to the street.”
Positive reaction from supporters included: “Fantastic kit, made my day” and “such a nice shirt”.
And when one claimed it “looks awful” he was met with the response: “Seems you’re in the minority – people raving over it”.
But some fans fear the kit will all be offloaded within hours of going on sale on Thursday morning.
One posted: “Guarantee it’s gone in a minute” and another claimed: “Website will crash by 8.03… not enough stock.”
Meanwhile, Leeds supporters continue to prey they will land centre-back White for their comeback to the top flight after 16 years.
SunSport reported two days ago how the 22-year-old has suddenly become the most wanted player in England, with all top six Prem clubs making contact with Brighton to ask about him.
Leeds are thought to have bid £35million plus £5m add-ons – but the Seagulls want at least £50m.
