The Brazilian midfielder was speaking to Brazilian youtube site Desimpedidos, using the Portuguese word marrento to describe Dutchman Van Dijk which translates as a combination of mean and arrogant.
When asked about Milner, Pereira said: “I don’t really like that guy.
“And to tell you the truth, I don’t like that guy, the defender, Van Dijk. He is marrento, man. Even the way he plays is kind of arrogant.”
Pereira said Arsenal’s David Luiz and Chelsea’s Willian were his two favourite Brazilians in the Premier League.
The criticism of the Liverpool stars follows Blues boss Frank Lampard’s scathing attack on the Merseysiders.
He has described members of Jurgen Klopp’s coaching team as “arrogant”.
Lampard got into a row with Klopp and his team during Wednesday’s 5-3 defeat of his side at Anfield.
The Reds lifted the Premier League title on Wednesday to end 30 years without winning the top-flight trophy.
It was the first time in the Premier League era they had lifted the coveted prize.
Pereira, 24, is contracted to United until 2023.
He also told the Brazilian youtube channel he was unlikely to sign another deal at a different English club.
The Brazilian has found starting opportunities rare since the signing of Bruno Fernandes and the return from injury of Paul Pogba.
