Kane, Son Heung-min and Steven Bergwijn — who were all due to miss most of the rest of the campaign — plus Moussa Sissoko are fully fit for the restart.
England skipper Kane said: “We have got to finish in the top four, there is no doubt about that.
“We have got a massive game against Manchester United and, realistically, we are going to have to win seven or eight to get into the Champions League.”
Kane’s fitness will be key as he has fully recovered from the hamstring injury he suffered on New Year’s Day.
It has been good to do a lot of drills to work on my game and improve. It’s very intense.

The break allowed him to take his comeback slowly.
He added: “It was great to be able to give it a bit more rest.
I have not played a game for six months now, it has been a long, long time.
“From an injury point of view, I’m fully fit.
“I am feeling good, I am feeling sharp. It has been good to do some individual training, a bit of finishing, a lot of drills to work on my game and improve.
“It’s a shock to the system, very intense. It is the first time I have been able to take my time, refocus and work on individual stuff.”
Tottenham’s young striker Troy Parrott, 18, is expected to miss the restart after having his appendix removed.
