LIONEL MESSI’S estimated price tag is at just under £101million as the world’s most expensive players have seen their valuations drop due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The Barcelona legend, 32, is the only person in the list above the age of 30, while Jadon Sancho, Kai Havertz and Joao Felix are the youngest to feature with the trio aged just 20.

Juventus forward Cristiano Ronaldo isn’t even included in the top 25 most valuable players as Paris Saint-Germain striker Kylian Mbappe sits top of the pile.
The CIES Football Observatory recently stated how players could see their value drop by 28 per cent with clubs losing money due to the Covid-19 crisis.
And according to Transfermrket, every footballer has seen their stock drop, which includes the six Premier League players in the top ten.
Mbappe, still only 21, has been named as the most valuable player in world football, with the 2018 World Cup winner’s price tag estimated at £162m.
Prior to the postponement of football, the French international had been valued at £180m, with his price dropping by ten per cent.
In joint second place is Manchester City’s Raheem Sterling and PSG winger Neymar, with the duo’s price both dropping from £144m to £115.2m.
Tottenham striker Harry Kane is one of four players who are worth £108m, with the sum a considerable amount less than the £200m Spurs want for him if they were to sell their prized asset.
Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah is another player valued at £108m down from £135m, along with Reds team-mate Sadio Mane and Belgian playmaker Kevin De Bruyne.
Next up is Borussia Dortmund starlet Jadon Sancho whose value is estimated to be £105.3m, with Argentinian ace Messi coming in just behind him at £100.8m.
Completing the top ten is right-back Trent Alexander-Arnold, with the England international, 21, valued at £89.1m.
In total, there are six Liverpool players in the top 25, with Virgil van Dijk estimated to be worth £72m, with both Alisson and Roberto Firmino valued at £64.8m.

Paul Pogba is the only Manchester United to be included, with the ex-Juventus midfielder valued at £72m.
It’s a popular sum of money, with Chelsea’s N’Golo Kante, Atletico Madrid goalkeeper Jan Oblak, Real Madrid winger Eden Hazard and Citizens duo Leroy Sane and Bernardo Silva also determined to be worth £72m.
With it still uncertain when all the top five leagues will be back underway, prices could still drop over the coming weeks.
