The couple are quarantined together but keeping their spirits up with their symptoms now passed.
However, trying to do some exercise left the 26-year-old former Palermo star really struggling.
Dybala said: “I’m fine, much better after some strong symptoms that I had a couple of days ago – now I have no symptoms.
“I can move better by walking and trying to train.
“When I tried a few days ago I lacked air and after five minutes I was dead tired, my body felt heavy and my muscles hurt. Now Oriana and I are fine.”
Sabatini – an Argentine singer, actress and model and the niece of former tennis player Gabriela Sabatini – added: “We are fine. Two, three days ago I was feeling pretty bad. Like when you feel the flu is coming.
“Your whole body hurts and you feel tired. I didn’t have a fever, I always measured it and I didn’t have it.
“I heard that my lungs made a noise that was not good. Then Paulo started to feel bad. As it happens with the flu symptoms, at least for us it was like this.
“We have been in quarantine for nine days. Doctors told us they will do another swab on March 31. In the meantime, they told us to rest and prescribed some vitamins to take.”
The couple publicly confirmed on Instagram they had caught the killer bug last weekend.
Argentina international Dybala, a team-mate of Cristiano Ronaldo, wrote: “Hi everyone, I just wanted to inform you that we have received the results for the Covid-19 test and both Oriana and I have tested positive.
“Luckily we are in perfect conditions. Thanks for your messages.”
Earlier this week, three members of Dybala’s family were placed in mandatory quarantine by police over fears they are carrying coronavirus.
The family members visited the Juventus star in Turin and returned to Argentina on March 12.
His mother, brother Gustavo and his partner were spotted regularly leaving their home and walking around in public in Cordoba.
The three were taken by cops after failing to comply with isolation rules and put in hospital in Cordoba.
Dybala’s Juve team-mates Blaise Matuidi and Daniele Rugani also tested positive for the killer virus earlier this month.
Rugani, 25, from Lucca in Italy, was the first Serie A player to contract the bug.

His girlfriend later admitted she was “afraid” after revealing she was pregnant following her man’s diagnosis.
