The game has been a proven hit in the past, taking the game from Southampton, Charlton and the London Stadium to Wembley.
YouTube Allstars have only one win against Sidemen FC, back in 2017, but the games are usually high scoring, entertaining matches.
The YouTube group puts on the event to raise money for charity.
