And speculation about his future has only intensified following his comments after the Europa League final.

Garnacho was disappointed to have started on the bench, and felt he deserved more than ten minutes to try and salvage the match for United.

Now his future is unclear amid reports the Red Devils could be willing to sell him and Kobbie Mainoo – both players would guarantee pure profit as they came from the academy.

Chelsea have reportedly been considering a bid for Garnacho, having first been linked in January.

United would demand around £60million to let the Argentine leave, report The Telegraph.

Garnacho was very critical of United’s season as he dropped a hint he could leave.

He said: “It’s difficult for all of us. This season has been s***.

“We lost the final, we didn’t beat anyone in the league. It’s very difficult.”
