JAMES MADDISON suffered a head injury after a nasty collision with Eintracht Frankfurt goalkeeper Kaua Santos.
The shocking moment occurred in Tottenham’s Europa League quarter-final second leg victory over the German giants.
Coming to the end of the first-half, Maddison chased down a long ball from Cristian Romero.
The midfielder got to the ball first and flicked a header goalwards.
But he was then wiped out by keeper Santos, who came charging out of his goal at pace.
