BBC cameras captured England’s No1 stopper – who is being cheered on by his wife Megan Davison – firing up fans as he walked to the goal.
Pickford, 30, screamed and pumped his arms to the Three Lions faithful.
And plenty of viewers had their say on social media,
Jamie Carragher simply tweeted Pickford’s name followed by four crying laughing emojis.
A fan said: “Pickford seems determined as always.”

England took the lead through Jude Bellingham.
Incredibly, Harry Kane had not even touched the ball when the playmaker headed home after 13 minutes.

Bellingham got involved in a skirmish with Serbia’s Filip Kostic during the first half.

Following the tackle by the touchline, the adrenaline-fuelled Real Madrid star raised his hands to pump up the crowd.
He then turned into Kostic, bumping him hard in the chest with his shoulder.
The Juventus ace did not take kindly to the incident and could be seen having a pop at Bellingham as he walked off.
And England has the last laugh as they secured a 1-0 win despite a shaky second half.
