Libertad, understandably, organised an open-top bus parade to celebrate their monumental achievement.

They jubilantly celebrated on board the bus, waving flags and jumping up and down with the trophy.

But the celebrations almost ended in tragedy when the trophy got stuck in overhead POWER CABLES.

Footage of the almost fatal incident went viral and showed the trophy sparking as it hung from the power lines.

Locals tried to prod the sparking trophy from his electric perch with a long stick-like object.

And the man holding the item made sure to wear rubber gloves and rubber-soled shoes to ensure he didn’t get electrocuted.

Footage of the incident went viral, with one viewer saying: ” Yikes!!!

“I hope that the Cup has some cool scorch marks on it that people talk about for the next 100 years.”
