RANGERS Uefa Cup hero Nacho Novo is used to playing in front of packed crowds.
Now he’ll do the same – in the BOXING RING.
The former footballer will step between the ropes at the OVO Hydro for a bout against social media star Caz Milligan in August.
Tickets are already on sale for the fight priced £47 each.
The Gers striker‘s post-Ibrox career has taken various twists since he left the Gers.
He scored the winning penalty to send Rangers to Manchester and the 2008 Uefa Cup Final.
But after hitting 71 goals in 255 appearances, Novo moved on to Sporting Gijon in his native Spain and had spells in Poland, Northern Ireland, USA and back in Scotland with Morton.
He also opened a bar in Paisley Road west and became a coach with Lexinton SC in Kentucky.
In 2018 he suffered a suspected heart attack while playing for Rangers veterans in a tournament in germany.
He also revealed he’d suffered a stroke months after his health scare.
