PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN star Nordi Mukiele was left with blood pouring from his mouth after a horror collision.
The defender clattered into Clermont Foot goalkeeper Massamba Ndiaye just eight minutes into the game.
Mukiele fell to the deck and looked dazed as medics rushed over to treat him.
The match was halted for four minutes before the 26-year-old was helped back to his feet.
As he got up, blood covered Mukiele’s lips and he began to spit all of it out of his mouth at the side of the pitch.
He was substituted off with Achraf Hakimi replacing him.
