DREAM TEAM has never been more engaging.
From our beloved fantasy offerings to Score Predictor and Bracket Challenge, our games seek to entertain football fans at every turn.
Furthermore, we’ve improved Higher or Lower? – our quickfire game that tests your knowledge of football stats on a daily basis.
Higher or Lower’s premise is simple enough: every day you’re faced with 15 questions about Premier League stars where the answer is either, you guessed it, higher or lower.
As of July 4th, you will be challenged on total club career goals, the first of our new categories which will also include career appearances, assists and (for goalkeepers) clean sheets.
For example, imagine you’re told Bukayo Saka has scored 65 career goals and you’re asked whether Phil Foden’s tally is higher or lower – how would you answer?
That’s right, Foden has scored more goals (87) in his career than Saka as it stands.
Next up, it’s Dominic Calvert-Lewin – higher or lower than Foden?
And so on and so on.
Consecutive correct answers will see you complete ‘streaks’ which will earn you Experience Points (XP).
If you get a question wrong you’ll receive a yellow card, which will end your streak, but the quiz will continue.
Get two questions wrong and you’ll be sent off, ending the day’s game – but you’ll get a chance at redemption the following day!
A streak of five correct answers earns you one XP, ten correct answers earns you three XP, and a perfect game of 15 correct answers earns you the maximum of five XP.
Remember, the more XP you amass through Dream Team’s various games, the higher your XP Level, putting you in contention to win bigger and better prizes in our monthly prize draws.
These were the monthly prizes for the 2023/24 season:
- Level 1 prize – Nike Premier League academy football
- Level 2 prize – Premier League or EFL football shirt of winner’s choice
- Level 3 prize – £150 Amazon voucher
- Level 4 prize – Nintendo Switch
- Level 5 prize – PlayStation 5
- Level 6 prize – iPhone 15 Pro Max
Additionally, there are Badges up for grabs for Higher or Lower players.
Badges are awarded based on specified actions and achievements within Dream Team’s games – XP points will be awarded for every Badge collected.
It’s easy enough to earn your first Badge if you haven’t’ already – all you have to do is play Higher or Lower for the first time.
And of course there are Trophies available for special achievements, such as two or four unbroken streaks in total.
