DORCHESTER midfielder Corby Moore has shown off a gruesome cut on social media.
The non-league star was left with the horrific injury after being kicked in the head against Winchester on Saturday.
Moore required 30 stitches as a result of the clash, having attempted to keep playing with bandages wrapped around his head before being forced off.
The incident occurred during Dorchester’s 1-1 Southern League Premier South draw at Winchester.
A picture of the gaping cut was later posted to X after the match to the shock of supporters.
One fan commented: “Yellow card that you mad. Should be arrested.”

Another also added: “Not a red?! A disgrace!”
Moore, who was left covered in blood whilst trying to continue, is set to get married this summer.
Dorchester manager Tom Killick was left enraged by the incident after the match as he slammed the officials.
The Magpies boss told the Dorset Echo: “He’s getting married in the summer. He’s got a gaping wound.

“He’s barely ducked his head and he’s been kicked in the face. It’s a red card, everyone could see.
“Again, the referee has decided not. It’s probably about 30 stitches, but a yellow card.
“The wound is horrendous. I’ve showed the referee a picture. It’s not a bad effort for a yellow card. He’ll be oblivious to it, it won’t affect him at all.
“It’s not being over-dramatic but that affects his life. He’s going to have a horrendous amount of stitches, getting married in the summer, and the referee’s deemed it a yellow card.
“That says it all, really. It’s going to happen two or three times a season, it’s just a shame it’s happened (Saturday).”
Moore, 30, began his career in Southampton’s academy before a spell in the USA.
He has since played for the likes of Forest Green, Bishop’s Stortford and Poole Town before joining Dorchester in September.
