NAPOLI have joined the race to sign Mason Greenwood, according to reports.
The forward’s loan at Getafe comes to an end at the end of the season with a host of suitors lining up for his signature.
He will reportedly be sold by Manchester United this summer, with the Red Devils said to value Greenwood at £45million.
Greenwood is in high demand with several clubs interested in a loan deal.
That is how Napoli hope to lure him away from Old Trafford according to Corriere dello Sport, though they might have to fend off interest from Juventus.
If Napoli do win the race that could signal the end for Khvicha Kvaratskhelia or Victor Osimhen, who has attracted attention from Premier League clubs including Chelsea.

An overseas move is understood to be most likely for Greenwood with another Italian side, Lazio, thought to be considering a bid.
Barcelona and Atletico Madrid have also been impressed with the form Greenwood has shown in LaLiga.
He has eight goals and six assists in 31 league games, helping Getafe to 10th place.
And that could spark a transfer war between clubs in Saudi Arabia, and they may be the only clubs willing to match United’s asking price.
