THE son of a former Premier League star is set to line up for Iceland tonight at Wembley.
Isak Bergmann Johannesson, 21, was once eligible to play for England.
The midfielder was born in Sutton Coldfield, just outside of Birmingham.
That means he could have decided to play for Gareth Southgate’s side.
However, he committed to the Iceland national team from a young age, playing for the Under-17’s, U19s and U21s before making his senior international debut at just 17-years-old.
Johannesson spent this season on loan in Germany with Fortuna Düsseldorf, where he made 39 appearances across all competitions.

He is now set for a return to parent club FC Copenhagen over the summer.
The youngster, who has also played for IFK Norrkoping and IA, is the son of ex-Prem star Joey Gudjonsson.
Johannesson was born during his dad’s loan spell at Aston Villa in 2003.
His old man went on to spend the best part of nine years in England, also representing Wolves, Leicester, Burnley and Huddersfield.

Iceland ace Johannesson has spoken of potentially following in his father’s footsteps in moving to England.
But it’s not one of his dad’s old teams that he dreams of signing for.
He previously told Swedish outlet Expressen in 2020: “My dream club is Manchester United, together with IFK Norrkoping.
“I lived in Manchester when I was a kid, and I watched a lot of games there. It’s great that Liverpool have been watching me.
“But I’ll just focus on helping Norrkoping get into Europe next season. We’re going to do it together.
“You can’t say that I am not going to Liverpool. They play good football – Manchester City and Liverpool have been great.
“But will I have the chance to move this winter? I’ll concentrate on Norrkoping – we have five games left to get a European place.”
