THIS is the bizarre moment a football fan appears to put a mystery powder up his nose while celebrating England’s extra-time goal.
The footage captures the moment hundreds of fans at Newcastle’s Times Square reacted to Jude Bellingham’s last-minute kick against Slovakia.
During the video, a bearded man dressed in black appears to hold a spoon with a substance on it up to his nose, before returning it to a container.
He then brings the utensil up again, this time putting it into his mouth.
The man then proceeds to sing along to Neil Diamond’s hit song “Sweet Caroline” – a popular anthem among England football fans – jumping up and down with the crowd in jubilation.
The clip, posted on X, formerly Twitter, has raked in more than 13million views.

Sky Sports are now understood to be reviewing their use of fan footage and urging staff to be “more vigilant”, with a more thorough approach taken in future, MailOnline reports.
The footage was aired on Sky Sports News at 6.57pm while former England boss Sam Allardyce discussed the dramatic events of last night’s game.
It came after Jude Bellingham’s majestic overhead kick deep into stoppage time saved England from a humiliating Euros exit.
Gareth Southgate’s side had been utterly woeful and looked to be heading home thanks to Ivan Schranz’s clever finish.

But Bellingham came to the rescue in the 96th minute, brilliantly firing into the corner after Marc Guehi had flicked on Kyle Walker’s long throw.
Remarkably, it was England’s first shot on target, summing how poor they had been.
But another one came soon after, as 53 seconds into extra-time, when Harry Kane headed home from close range to set up a quarter-final with Switzerland.
