Marcus Rashford is flogging his wrecked £700,000 Rolls-Royce at auction for a fraction of the price

MARCUS Rashford is flogging his wrecked £700,000 Rolls-Royce at auction for a fraction of the price.

The Man Utd ace, who smashed the near new supercar in a horror crash in September last year, is selling the motor on an auction site.

Photos show that the Black Badge Wraith took a pounding in the crash, with extensive damage to the front, left front wing and a mangled rear left wheel and bumper.

So far there has been 111 bids for the V12 two-door coupe, with the highest currently at £152,500.

Experts say the smashed up car will need at least £100,000 worth of repairs to get it road worthy again – a smart investment for anyone with deep pockets.

Snaps on the SalvageMarket auction site show the grey roller has just 1,135 miles on the clock and boasts a full “Mansory” kit, which adds significantly to the value.

The engine and interior also look to be mostly undamaged, although the passenger side airbags did inflate in the crash.

Rashford’s Rolls was wrecked after a collision with a car driven by a gran, 74, in September last year.

The England ace had just left United’s training ground in Carrington on his way home from his side’s 1-0 Premier League win at Burnley.

The collision sent his 2.5-ton vehicle — which has a top speed of 155mph — into a pole on a traffic island.

Footage showed his car with pieces of the rear bumper ripped off and strewn on the side of the road as hazard lights flashed.

Luckily both drivers escaped without injury.

The gran had no idea who Rashford was and she was left shaken and confused, a source said.

A source told The Sun at the time: “Marcus immediately checked to see if the woman was okay and swapped details.”

Maintenance engineer Peter Laycock, 36, caught the aftermath of the accident on his mobile phone after arriving at the scene at around 12.20am.

Peter said: “There were loads of police blocking the road asking cars to turn around because there was debris all over the road.

“I could see guys in United clothes who must have come from the training ground. There were a lot of bystanders saying, ‘It’s Marcus Rashford’s car’.”

The accident happened in a 40mph zone on Carrington Spur near United’s Aon training complex — where players had returned by coach just before midnight after the Burnley match.

In a post on Instagram which referred to United’s away win, the striker wrote: “3 points on the road! I’m alright guys thanks for the messages.”

Rashford, 26, owns three Rolls-Royces – the £700k Black Badge Wraith involved in the crash, a £390,000 Black Badge Cullinan and he bought a £560,000 Cullinan Blue Shadow in August last year.

Rashford also has a £280,000 McLaren 765 Long Tail and a £350,000 Lamborghini Urus Performante.

Earlier this week the star copped a £60 parking ticket after leaving his McLaren on double yellow lines.

The star had pulled his McLaren 765LT up outside offices for a construction and property development company when a warden snagged him.
