MANCHESTER CITY will sell striker Liam Delap to a Premier League club to help their PSR issues.
Delap, 21, is back from a loan at Hull and because he is home-grown, that helps the calculations before City spends again.
Pep Guardiola’s side will need to get rid of the England U21 forward to avoid breaking Profit and Sustainability Regulations.
City want around £10million for the Delap and may include a ‘buy-back’ clause in any deal.
While the star has attracted interest from Hull, newly promoted Southampton are also keen to sign the youngster.
The forward is the son of former Premier League star Rory Delap.
