IPSWICH TOWN picked up their first Premier League point in over 22 years in a hard-fought draw against Fulham.
The Tractor Boys were blown away by Liverpool and Manchester City in their first two matches since returning to the top flight, shipping six goals.
Fulham were the second visitors to Portman Road of what will be a difficult season for Kieran McKenna’s troops.
Liam Delap scored the East Anglia side’s first home goal of the campaign in the 15th minute.
But his good work was undone shortly after the half-hour mark when Adam Traore latched on to an Antonee Robinson cross to fire the ball past Arijanet Muric.
Omari Hutchinson came close to bagging a late winner for the home side but saw his effort saved by Bernd Leno.
