Pep Guardiola’s side took Pole position for the league after beating Arsenal’s bitter rivals Tottenam 2-0 on Tuesday night – taking them two points clear at the top.

The Gunners need to beat Everton on Sunday and hope that London rivals West Ham avoid defeat at the Etihad against Manchester City to claim the trophy.

But before the huge finale, Arsenal have released their new kits for next season – with one huge change.

The Gunners have used the cannon instead of the badge on the 2023/24 season’s third shirt – but it’s the first time since 1989/90 that the cannon is used on all kits.

According to The Athletic, Arsenal have taken the decision to have the shirt fronted by the cannon to reflect on the club’s rich history, culture and tradition.

When will the new Arsenal kit first be worn?

The Gunners’ stunning new adidas kit will be worn on the pitch for the first time by Arsenal Women as they take on Brighton in the final match of the WSL season on Saturday, May 18.

But it’s not been confirmed when Arsenal’s men’s team will first wear their new shirt.
