GARY NEVILLE was left with egg on his face as he got Dominic Calvert-Lewin’s name wrong on live TV during Everton’s shock victory over rivals Liverpool.

The Toffees picked up a surprise 2-0 win during the Merseyside derby against the Reds at Goodison Park in what proved to be a massive boost amid the hosts’ intense relegation struggles.

Jarrad Branthwaite opened the scoring on 27 minutes and Calvert-Lewin sealed the valuable three points in the 58th minute to add yet another blow to Liverpool’s Premier League title hopes.

And Neville didn’t think twice when asked to name his man of the match. while providing live commentary for Sky Sports.

But the Manchester United legend might have wanted to take moment first before naming Calvert-Lewin.

That is because the Sky Sports pundit accidentally called the Everton star “Daniel Calvert-Lewin”.
