FORMER ASTON VILLA forward Nathan Delfouneso has signed for non-league side Hednesford Town.
Hednesford play in the Northern Premier League Division One West, the eighth tier of English football.
Delfouneso, 33, came through the Aston Villa academy and starred for England at under-19 level.
The forward won the golden boot for England at the 2009 u-19 European Championships where The Three Lions came runners-up to Ukraine.
That England team included the likes of Kieran Trippier, Kyle Walker, Danny Welbeck, Danny Drinkwater, Jason Steele and Henri Lansbury.
The forward went on to play for England at u-21 level, scoring four goals in 17 appearances.

Delfouneso made a total of 52 appearances for Aston Villa after making his debut in the UEFA Cup aged 17.
In the 2009-10 season, Delfouneso made 16 Premier League appearances for Villa and scored two goals.
The forward made a total of 52 appearances for The Villains before leaving for Blackpool on a permanent transfer in 2014.
His career also saw him play for the likes of Blackburn, Bury, Swindon, Bolton and Accrington Stanley.

Now aged 33, the player looks set to finish his career in the non-league system.
Announcing his signing, Hednesford wrote on X: “Hednesford Town Football Club is delighted to announce the signing of Nathan Delfouneso, a seasoned striker with an impressive football journey.
“Delfouneso’s arrival at Keys Park adds depth and firepower to our squad, and we eagerly anticipate his contributions to the team.”
