ENZO MARESCA has fired an eight-word warning to his Chelsea stars following their win at West Ham.
The Blues cruised to a 3-0 victory over the Hammers on Saturday to move into the top four of the Premier League.
Nicolas Jackson’s brace and a second half goal from Cole Palmer proved the difference at the London Stadium.
However, Maresca had a stern warning for his stars as he spoke after the match.
Appearing on TNT Sports, the Italian was asked what about how his players have bought into his ideas since his arrival.
He explained: “I’m very happy but it’s quite easy, if they don’t buy (into his ideas), they don’t play.”

Maresca arrived from Leicester in the summer, replacing Mauricio Pochettino in the dugout.
He has penned a five-year deal at Stamford Bridge through to 2029.
Fans were quick to react to Maresca’s warning on social media, with one commenting: “The arrogance here is nuts.”
Another added: “Phenomenal. Jose would be impressed and that says a lot.”

A third supporter also wrote: “I’m starting to like this man.”
Meanwhile, one more said: “Been needing a manager like this for so long bro.”
The 44-year-old’s comments come after he aimed a cheeky dig at Erik ten Hag after his side’s win at Bournemouth last week.
He took aim at the Manchester United boss as he discussed Jadon Sancho’s impressive Blues debut.
Maresca has not lost in the league since Chelsea’s opening weekend defeat to Manchester City, a run spanning four matches.
The win over the Hammers also sees his side climb to fourth in the table ahead of the visit of Brighton on Saturday.
