FANS have fumed that the Carabao Cup draw is “RIGGED” after Tottenham were handed a brutal tie.
The third round came to an end with Spurs joining the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool in the next round.
However, the North London side could not have been handed a trickier tie to navigate in the fourth-round.
Spurs were drawn against Manchester City with the one boost that it will be played at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
And fans reacted on social media to complain about the tough fixture.
