ERLING HAALAND offered a tongue in cheek apology after “perfect” trolls pointed out a spelling error in a birthday message from the star.
Manchester City received a major boost this week when the striker finally returned to training with his team-mates.
The 23-year-old has been sidelined since he suffered a stress injury to his foot in the 1-0 defeat at Aston Villa on December 6.

Haaland has been undergoing his rehab under the watchful eye of City’s physio Mario Pafundi.
The Italian, who joined the club in 2016 along with Pep Guardiola, was celebrating his birthday today.

And after all his help getting him back to fitness, Haaland wanted to congratulate him on Instagram.
Sharing a snap of a smiling Pafundi, he captioned it on his story with the words: “Happy birthday to the best fysio in the world.”
However, it seems that a number of his 38.1 million followers decided to get busy and point out his mistake.
And rather than let it lie, Haaland could not help himself in sending out a response to them.

Sharing a stern-faced selfie of himself with his hair down, the ex-Borussia Dortmund wrote: “Oh we live in a perfect world everybody is perfect.
“Sorry I meant physio.”
City supporters will not care one bit about his spelling and grammar as long as he continues to rifle in the goals for them.
Haaland scored an incredible 52 goals last season to fire City to the Treble.
And he will be itching to add to his haul of 19 this term when he finally lines up for the Cityzens again.
