Lee Carsley makes three changes for his last of six matches in temporary charge of England.
Among them is a senior international debut for Tino Livramento, whose selection at right-back sees Kyle Walker shift across the defence and into the middle to replace the injured Ezri Konsa.
There’s another change at left-back as Livramento’s Newcastle colleague Lewis Hall takes over from Rico Lewis.
And up front, there is the return of captain Harry Kane; England’s record goalscorer is in for Ollie Watkins.
