Cole Palmer branded ‘ridiculous’ after filthy skill ‘straight out of FC24’ in Chelsea’s win over Fulham

CHELSEA fans were astonished after Cole Palmer produced a “ridiculous” piece of skill in their 1-0 win over Fulham.

The Blues forward, 21, settled the game with a first-half penalty after Raheem Sterling was fouled by Issa Diop.

But it was a moment later in the match that left Chelsea fans in awe.

A hopeful punt upfield looked set to fly past Palmer – who was just inside the Fulham half with his back to goal.

But the young England international remarkably managed to control the ball with the outside of his left boot, flicking it up over his head and running on to lay it off for Noni Madueke.

The deft flick and pass was shared on social media immediately after the final whistle.
