During the analysis of the game, Costacurta became animated in the studio as he tried to demonstrate what a Cagliari player should have done to try and block a shot.

The defender, who retired in 2007, started the clip standing still on the left side of viewers screens.

He then burst into a sprint and performed a flying kick with his right leg.

However, Costacurta appeared to have done himself some damage in the process.
