Lehmann’s caption appeared to reference her and fellow Aston Villa midfielder Douglas Luiz’s relationship.

The two began dating in 2021 but appeared to be on and off in recent times.
They confirmed that they were very much back together at the beginning of this year with a New Year’s Eve party thrown by the couple.
Switzerland forward Lehmann, 25, joined Aston Villa in 2021 and has made 53 appearances for the WSL side.
Luiz meanwhile joined Aston Villa in 2019.
He is having his best ever Premier League season in terms of output, scoring nine goals and making five assists.
That’s seen him linked with a move to Arsenal in recent months following interest last year.
