MIKE TYSON admits he questioned why he signed up to fight Jake Paul.
The former heavyweight champion is set to make his return to the ring for the first time since 2020, when he fought Roy Jones Jr in an exhibition.
Prior to that he had not fought for 15 years and he has experienced a host of medical issues in recent years, including sciatica that made him wheelchair bound.
An ulcer flare up earlier this year meant Tyson was unable to fulfil the original date of the bout in July, so it was postponed for November 15.
Tyson, 58, is 31 years older than Paul and he admits he initially questioned himself for accepting the fight.
He said: “I’m tougher than I believed I was.

He said: “I’m just blessed to be here, so grateful to all the fans who showed up,” he said after his own workout. “Dallas is going to be an amazing night on Friday.
