FORMER boxing champ Anthony Joshua is now worth almost £180 million, new accounts reveal.
The star turned over a heavyweight profit last year, with his main business banking £41.3 million – or £113,000 per day.
Joshua, 34 – who has previously said he wants to be a billionaire – saw the huge turnover in his Sparta Promotions company.
The firm, which channels AJ’s boxing and sponsorship earnings, was worth £129 million at the end of the accounting period in March 2023.
But the figures do not include Joshua’s earnings from his last two fights – which saw him beat Otto Wallin in Saudi Arabia in October and Robert Helenius in London last August.
And Joshua’s fortune is set to soar further, after he agreed to fight former UFC champ Francis Ngannou in Saudi Arabia in March.

Its latest accounts highlight the cash AJ earned from his second defeat to Ukranian boxer Oleksandr Usyk, in Saudi Arabia in June 2022.
They say: “All divisions showed a significant increase in turnover in 2023, compared to 2022.
“The bouts division increased due to a territory-specific opportunity for a rematch of a highly anticipated fight.
“On the back of the rematch, sponsorship income also rose due to the publicity the fight attracted.”
The paperwork – filed at Companies House yesterday – reveals AJ earned £6.3 million in wages, which he took from the firm via a dividend.
The net worth of the company stood at £129 million at the time of the accounts.
On top of his boxing millions, AJ has a property empire with a growing portfolio of homes.
His company 258 Commercial Investments holds £26.5 million and 258 Investments is sitting on £12.3 million.
AJ also sitting on £9 million in current assets at dormant business 258 Equity – giving a total of £176.8 million in all three companies.
A source said: “Anthony is a shrewd guy, and these accounts reflect that. He has come from humble roots so knows the value of everything, and has a keen eye for business.
“AJ wants to secure the future for his family, and works as hard out of the ring as he does in it.”
Joshua – who has an eight-year-old son by ex Nicole Osbourne – has always been open about his desire to make money.
In a 2017 interview with GQ, he said: “When I first started, the aim was to become a multimillionaire.
“But now there are ordinary people worth millions just because of property prices.
“So the new school of thought is that I need to be a billionaire.
