JAKE PAUL was called out by Julio Cesar Chavez Jr after the former world champion was booed for his performance.
Chavez Jr – son the legendary Mexican icon Julio Cesar Sr – returned in Florida against ex-UFC star Uriah Hall.
It was his first bout since losing to MMA great Anderson Silva in 2021.
And Chavez Jr – who formerly held the WBC middleweight title – laboured to a points decision.
He faced boos from the crowd but called out YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul – who later beat Mike Perry that night.
“Jake Paul, why not?” Chavez Jr responded when asked who he wants to fight next.
“I’m a better fighter than his opponents, that’s for sure.”
The pair have been linked with a fight before after Chavez Jr revealed he turned down over $2million.
And he even claimed he would RETIRE from boxing if he was to lose to Paul.
The American social media sensation is now 10-1 and moves onto his rescheduled November 15 against Mike Tyson.

Mike Tyson, you’re next big boy. Sign the contract!” Paul said. November 15th on Netflix, I’m excited for that one.
“I’m going to go home and prepare for that. And, Alex Pereira, you said you want to box, I’m the king of this.
“I’m the king of this, come over we can make it happen. I want you Alex Pereira.
“Indeed, I just beat a BKFC champion, I beat multiple UFC champions and he said he wants to box, so Alex Pereira, after Mike Tyson lets make it happen.”
