Inside Jake Paul’s stunning THREE STONE body transformation with boxer to weigh more than ex-champ for Mike Tyson fight

JAKE PAUL looks to be on the way to completing a stunning THREE STONE body transformation for his fight with Mike Tyson.

The YouTuber-turned-boxer and heavyweight icon are to collide in a controversial clash on July 20 in Texas.

Not only will it mark Netflix’s first move into live boxing but it will also be Paul’s first fight at heavyweight.

The lightest the American, 27, has weighed as a fighter is 183.6lb (13st 1lb) but his last two bouts have been at the 200lb cruiserweight limit of 14st 4lb.

Tyson was a career heavyweight at 15st 7lb, meaning Paul has had to pile on the pounds to match that.

And boxing legend Shane Mosley – one of Paul’s trainers in the past – hinted he is already there.

Mosley said YouTube channel: “I just saw Jake yesterday, he’s 230 pounds. He’s big, really big. He said he feels as fast as he does at 185lbs.”

If Mosley is correct, then Paul has gone up to 16st 4lb, two stone heavier than his last fight.

And it would be THREE STONE heavier than the 13st 1lb he scaled before losing to Tommy Fury, 24, last year.

Mosley’s calculations would also mean Paul is weighing the same as Deontay Wilder when the ex-heavyweight champ lost to Tyson Fury in 2020.

The social media sensation was probed on his remarkable move up in weight and he said: “Allegedly in my opinion, that’s a rumour.

“I feel like I’d be looking fat if I was 230lb.”

Tyson will be 58 by the time the fight for the ages comes around and nearly 20 years removed from his last professional contest.

And the bout – set for the 80,000-seat AT&T Stadium in Dallas – has raised eyebrows due to the 30-year age gap.

Further concern was caused when organisers revealed it will be a professionally sanctioned bout counting on both their records.

But rounds will be reduced to two minutes from the usual three and over eight rounds instead of 12, with 14oz gloves to be worn instead of 10oz.

Mike Tyson’s controversial comeback

Mike Tyson is BACK!

Yes, boxing’s youngest heavyweight champ of all time – just 20 when he achieved the feat – is preparing to lace them up again.

He faces YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul on July 20 in Texas.

The controversial clash – set for the 80,000-seat AT&T Stadium in Dallas – has been scrutinised over the 30-year age gap.

Tyson will be 58 by the time the fight for the ages comes around and nearly 20 years removed from his last professional contest.

He was last seen in the ring in November 2020 for an exhibition with fellow legend Roy Jones Jr, which ended a draw after eight rounds.

Paul is meanwhile 9-1 in the ring, losing only to Tommy Fury in 2023, and has won three times since.

His fight with Tyson will also be a landmark first on Netflix, with over 250MILLION subscribers able to watch the bout.
