JOSEPH PARKER had fans feeling queasy as he shared a video of himself eating raw fish.
The Kiwi, 32, is hoping to return to action in the autumn after impressively stringing together six wins on the bounce.
Despite not yet having his next fight booked, Parker has stayed in pristine condition.
As part of his fitness regime, the New Zealander has eaten raw fish in order to get sufficient protein.
In a video shared by the 6ft 4in heavyweight, Parker could be seen sitting on the floor by the ocean with a bucket in front of him.
Throughout the clip, Anthony Joshua’s former opponent munched on a raw fish.

When asked what his favourite Kiwi meal is in a video shared by DAZN Boxing, Parker admitted that he likes to “eat fish straight out of the water”.
While Parker’s routine has clearly done the trick in recent years, given his record, some fans were left unimpressed.
One wrote on social media: “No thanks.”
While a second commented: “Now post the vomit video.”

A third claimed: “You can get parasites like this…”
And a fourth moaned: “Dude eating it like some corn on the cob I’m done.”
Parker claimed the WBO interim heavyweight title by outlasting Zhang Zhilei over 12 rounds back in March.
The 35-3 star does not want to fight his close pal Tyson Fury.
But a rematch with old rival AJ could be on the table.
Speaking to talkSPORT about a potential match-up with the Brit, Parker said: “That would be cool. I think that would be awesome to have a rematch with Joshua. I want the biggest fights.”
He then went on to add: “Joshua is a massive name and he’s looked very good in his fights in Saudi Arabia.
“We’ll both be on the same card. It’ll be nice to do it again. We’ve both improved, and we’re different fighters. I feel it would be a different fight than we fought in 2018.”
Joshua, 34, handed Parker the first defeat of his professional career at Cardiff’s Millennium Stadium in March 2018.
He was then beaten by Dillian Whyte in his next fight, before bouncing back in impressive fashion.
Parker won six fights on the bounce, including two against Derek Chisora, before being beaten by Joe Joyce in Manchester in September 2022.
