CARL FROCH added more fuel to his Anthony Joshua feud by making some huge claims.
Froch and AJ were once good friends and former training partners at Team GB’s Sheffield HQ.
But in recent years, the relationship has turned sour with the pair training bitter jibes.
Froch – by far the more vocal of the pair – has continued to take aim at Joshua and his career.
But in a game of word association, AJ hit back by labelling his friend-turned-foe a “p***k*.
It has not gone down well with Froch, who once again took a swipe at Joshua by backing a prime Frank Bruno to beat him in a fantasy fight.

And he even claimed defeat to Daniel Dubois, 26, on September 21 at Wembley could spell the end for the two-time heavyweight champion.
Froch, 47, told BestOnlinePokerSites: “The Frank Bruno that fought Lennox Lewis in Cardiff back in the 90s – that Frank Bruno beats Anthony Joshua.
“I’m sorry but he just does. It’s just all about timing and you can’t hold that against Anthony Joshua.
“I know they call it heavyweight, but it’s very thin now. The landscape of heavyweight boxing. It’s not what it used to be.

“I think if Anthony Joshua loses to Dubois, it could be the last we see of him.”
The rivalry hit new heights when Froch shared apparent private messages with Joshua, 34, after being called a “p***k”.
But Froch claimed there was far more said in actuality – but that was kept back from the public.
He said: “I’ve shared 10 per cent of the messages.
“I mean, it’s schoolboy stuff. It’s like plastic gangsters. It’s pathetic really, it’s childish and it’s a bit ridiculous.
“I think he’ll be cringing to himself at that. I’ve shared it because why should I be abused by somebody in this position and be called that name?
“I’ve kept 90 per cent of what he’s said away. He’s messaged me again, overnight, and deleted four of the messages.”
