Chelsea will be aiming to build on their dramatic midweek win in the Carabao Cup after the Blues beat Newcastle on penalties.
Mykhailo Mudryk’s 92nd-minute strike took the tie to spot kicks, which Mauricio Pochettino’s side went through, winning 4-2.
In the Premier League, Chelsea were victorious in their last outing against Sheffield United but have only taken six points from their last five games in the top flight.
Meanwhile, Wolves sit three points behind their Christmas Eve visitors and are looking to bounce back from their heavy 3-0 defeat to West Ham last weekend.
