ARSENAL are hoping to silence the Gtech Community Stadium in their Carabao Cup clash against Brentford tonight – and there is a new kid on the block.
Mikel Arteta has opted to heavily rotate the side that could only manage a draw against bitter rivals Tottenham.
And the Arsenal gaffer has thrown youngster Charles Sagoe Jr right in from the start.

Who is Charles Sagoe Jr?
Born in Kingston-Upon-Thames, Charles Sagoe Jr joined Arsenal from Fulham back in 2015.
Sagoe Jr, 19, was a regular for the Under 21s where he scored six goals in 26 appearances.

And as a result, the forward was named on the bench for Arsenal’s Europa League away contest to Sporting Cp in March 2023.
The Gunners wonderkid has been described on the Arsenal official website as a composed and intelligent forward who is a threat on either wing.
What has been said?
Charles Sagoe Jr revealed that he has always been an Arsenal fan and he named some of his idols at the club.
The Gunners wonderkid said: “Growing up I was a big Arsenal fan and I’ve seen all the highlights of the Invincibles and read up a lot about the great teams over the years.

“I know I’m only 18 but I watch a lot of football and I analyse games from the past a lot. I always hear from older family members how much supporters adored the likes of Henry, Pires, Bergkamp, Wright and Overmars.
“The move to Arsenal was an intriguing one as they first showed their interest when I was playing at a tournament for Fulham and I scored and assisted against them. After the game I remember one coach said I was a very good player and was one to look out for.
