LAZIO star Ciro Immobile erupted with anger and began punching the dug-out after being taken off by boss Maurizio Sarri.
The Italian striker, 33, was named in the starting XI for tonight’s 2-0 victory over Sassuolo.
His team were leading courtesy of an early strike from Felipe Anderson but the veteran had failed to make much of an impact as they looked to maintain their faint title hopes.
His manager decided to replace him with Pedro on 68 minutes after he had been limited to just one shot by the minnows.
But the Lazio captain was absolutely furious at that decision and his frustrations boiled over as he took his place on the bench.
Immobile, who had a cast on his right arm, was caught by television cameras viciously hitting the dug-out wall.

That result puts Lazio 15 points behind Napoli, who will secure the club’s first Serie A title in 33 years if they get at least a point against Udinese tomorrow.
That would be only the third time Napoli has won Serie A and the first since the Diego Maradona inspired-side of 1990.
