CHELSEA star Marc Cucurella has been slammed by fans after diving against Manchester City.
The Blues drew 4-4 against the Treble winners in a thriller at Stamford Bridge yesterday.
Cucurella was perhaps lucky to avoid getting sent off for a shocking dive with him already on a yellow card.
The left-back had already been booked for fouling Erling Haaland in the penalty area before his woeful attempt to fool the referee.
Cucurella beat Phil Foden to a loose ball and then dramatically threw himself to the floor in acrobatic fashion.
The Man City star stuck out a leg but was not even close to making contact with the Spaniard as he hit the floor and quickly rolled back to his feet.

Referee Anthony Taylor seemed to have a good view of the dive but it went unpunished.
Fans have hit out at Cucurella following the incident, one said: “That’s embarrassing.”
Another added: “The absolute state of this sport.”
A third reacted: “This might be the worst one of these I’ve ever seen.”

More commented: “Was hoping he gets a second yellow for that, Taylor missed that one.”
Lionel Messi won his eighth Ballon d’Or recently and others think Cucurella deserves to lift a new accolade called the “Fallen d’Floor” following his tumble.
