TOTTENHAM are scouting Israeli wonderkid Oscar Gloukh, according to reports.
The 18-year-old plays for Maccabi Tel-Aviv and is being eyed by a number of clubs across Europe.
Gloukh operates as a No10 and has not taken long to establish himself in the side.
He has scored nine goals in 31 games in his short career and Tottenham are monitoring his situation, reports Israeli outlet ONE.
The report claims several top European clubs are interested, including Roma, Ajax and Borussia Dortmund.
LaLiga outfit Real Sociedad have reportedly made a move while Barcelona are also keeping tabs.

The Catalonians have sent scouts to watch Gloukh, who recently signed a contract until 2025.
Despite that, the attacking midfielder could be available for £8million amid interest from Marseille, Monaco and Benfica.
Spurs may not be ready to make a move for Gloukh in January but they could try to sign Brighton star Leandro Trossard.
The winger wants to leave the Seagulls and revealed he does not intend to sign a new contract with the club, with his current deal set to expire in 18 months.

Another Tottenham target Milan Skriniar has also refused to sign a new contract with Inter Milan and could be set to leave.
Spurs have been interested in the centre-back since the summer but may have to fight off interest from Chelsea and PSG to land the Slovakian.
