The weekend’s results mean the number-crunchers over at bettingexpert and their prediction model BETSiE believe that Arsenal will win the title in May.

This comes despite Pep Guardiola’s side securing an important 3-1 win over the North Londoners just last week.

Arsenal currently sit top of the table by two points with a game in hand over City.

BETSiE also believe that Manchester United will fall short of the title by around ten points despite their blistering form.

Erik ten Hag’s side have won six of their last eight matches across all competitions, drawing the other two.

Their most recent victory was a 3-0 win over Leicester City.

Meanwhile, Newcastle are expected to clinch fourth, pipping Tottenham to Champions League qualification even with their run of four league games without a win.

Liverpool will also finish in the European places ahead of challengers Brighton, Brentford and Fulham.

Elsewhere, Chelsea were shocked by manager-less Southampton at the weekend and with pressure mounting on Graham Potter the big spenders will have to settle for tenth place according to the Supercomputer.

That win for the Saints is still predicted to not be enough to save them from relegation, as is Bournemouth’s victory over Wolves.

Set to join them in the Championship next season is shockingly still Everton despite their resurgence since sacking manager Frank Lampard.

Sean Dyche has guided the Toffees to two wins in three games but it is yet to convince the Supercomputer of their safety.

After damaging losses to Everton and Spurs respectively, Leeds and West Ham are looking nervously over their shoulder at the drop zone.

BETSiE thinks Leeds will stay up by the skin of their teeth and the Hammers should have less to fear as the analysis presents that they will hit 42 points.

The Supercomputer forms it’s predictions by taking in data like expected goals and assists, they also run the simulation 100,00 times.
