STEVEN GERRARD is ready to offer Everton striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin a lucrative move to Saudi side Al-Ettifaq.

And Calvert-Lewin, 26, could be sold by the Toffees, who are in the middle of a protracted takeover.
Bidders 777 Partners held talks with other interested parties in a secret summit at the club’s training HQ last week.
Gerrard will have to move out some foreign players to land Calvert-Lewin but his side have only had an average start.

Al-Ettifaq are currently seventh in the Saudi Pro League after nine matches, winning five of those.
Four ex-Premier League stars have already joined Gerrard in Saudi Arabia, including Jordan Henderson and Demarai Gray.
Calvert-Lewin has scored three goals in seven matches for the Toffees so far this term despite hamstring and cheekbone injuries.
His strikes have taken his tally for Everton to 63 goals in 216 matches for the club.
