MELISSA REDDY “provided extra entertainment” during Manchester United’s victory over Wolves last night.
The Sky Sports reporter was in attendance as Erik ten Hag’s side squeezed past Wolves 1-0 at Old Trafford.
Reddy was working the game for Sky, interviewing stars and providing pitchside updates.
Appearing on Sky Sports News from Old Trafford, Reddy said: “He [Erik ten Hag] feels that in Onana, he has signed a big personality. We’ve already seen glimpses of that.
“Him b******ing his defenders when they’ve made a mistake.
“He is calm and assured that both players will drive United to the next level.”

Sky Sports News host Vicky Gomersall instantly added: “Just going to apologise to anyone if they were offended by the use of your language there.”
Posting a series of snaps from Old Trafford to her 211,000 Instagram followers, Reddy wrote: “Monday Night Football. You’re welcome for me inadvertently providing extra entertainment.
“Fair play to @andreonana.24 for fronting up and answering questions on the key incident. Big personality indeed.
“(It should’ve been a penalty 😆)

“The stadium erupted in relief when Varane scored, largely as Cunha was shredding through midfield for fun. A win for Manchester United despite a poor performance and much-needed encouragement for Wolves.”
Reddy, 36, was referencing the moment late in the match in which Wolves were somehow denied a penalty – despite Andre Onana taking out debutant Sasa Kalajdzic.
Asked if it should have been a spot kick by the Sky reporter after the match, the 27-year-old said of the incident: “No, totally no.
“As a keeper you make decision – sometimes you are right, sometimes you are not. I made a decision and I am responsible for everything.
“For me it was just contact between two big guys and I was calm. I knew nothing would happen there.”
When pressed on how confident he was that a penalty would not be given, he added: “Of course I was confident.”
Fans loved Reddy’s Instagram post from Old Trafford.
One called her “absolutely smoking”.
Another called her “My idol”.
