Sadio Mane’s brilliant reaction at seeing ex-team-mate Jordan Henderson in Saudi with pair earning combined £1.4m A WEEK

FORMER Liverpool team-mates Jordan Henderson and Sadio Mane reunited in the Middle East ahead of their Saudi Pro League debuts this weekend.

Henderson, 33, left the Reds to join Steven Gerrard’s Al-Ettifaq last month in a move that will see him rake in £700,000-a-week.

Meanwhile, Mane departed Bayern for Al-Nassr following a difficult 12 months in Germany where he registered 12 goals and six assists in 38 games.

The Senegalese forward, 31, who is on a staggering £650,000-a-week, is set to start up front alongside Cristiano Ronaldo.

And the two Liverpool legends, who won the Premier League, Champions League, FA Cup and Carabao Cup together on Merseyside, bumped into each other in Saudi – a year on from Mane’s Reds exit.

Henderson and Mane were thrilled to see one another ahead of the opening weekend of the Saudi Pro League.
