FILM star Ryan Reynolds sent a touching message to his Wrexham footie team’s skipper when his dad died after a brain op.
The League Two club’s co-owner tweeted to Ben Tozer: “Gut wrenching.
“Sending so much love to the Tozer family.”
Defender Ben, 33, revealed dad Keith, 59, was diagnosed with leukaemia on Saturday.
He needed the brain op the next day.
But despite it going “positively” Keith died on Monday.

Ben said: “Sadly all of this happened because he’d left it too late.
“He was masking the fact he was in agony. We regularly said, ‘Go and get checked’.”
Deadpool star Ryan and fellow actor Rob McElhenney, both 46, are known to be close to the Wrexham players, who got promoted last season.
They bought the then non-League club in 2020.
