ROBERT LEWANDOWSKI and his wife Anna showed that their hard work in the gym is definitely paying off with their latest snaps.

The pair posed in the mirror for a photo together which Robert shared on his Instagram to his 34.3million followers.

Both had their abs on show as they tensed together following a gym session.

Robert captioned the post with a heartfelt message to his wife, saying: “Best gym partner.”

The couple have been married since 2013 and Anna has travelled with the Poland star to Barcelona where he now plays his football.

Anna is a former karate champion with 38 medals to her name at both national and international level.

However she took a step back from continuing with the sport after her and Robert had their daughter, Klara, in 2017.

She recently revealed that she considered taking up an offer to switch to the world of Mixed Martial Arts, but Robert doesn’t seem too fond of the idea.

She told Polish podcast WojewódzkiKędzierski that the former Bayern striker had quizzed her after stories of her discussing a possible move instantly emerged in the media.

She said: “I left the meeting and an hour later, this information appeared in that my husband heard about it in the press and asked me, ‘Anna, what are you doing, what are these articles?’.

“One day I told Robert that if I were not his wife, I would probably participate in such an event.”

The pair recently attended a festival together in Spain as Lewandowski takes a well deserved break over the summer following winning La Liga with Barcelona last season.
