REECE JAMES has dropped a cryptic hint he will be fit for Saturday’s crunch clash against Arsenal.
That’s after being out injured with a hamstring injury since August.
James, 23, has been blighted by fitness issues in recent years.
He only made 16 league appearances last term after struggling with his knees.
And after featuring in Chelsea’s opening day draw against Liverpool two months ago, James was ruled out as a long-term casualty with a hamstring tear.
The right-back returned to training before the international break, building up his fitness under the watchful eye of manager Mauricio Pochettino.

But reports earlier this week suggested James had suffered another setback in his recovery and was a doubt to face Arsenal this weekend.
However, James has hinted that he is ready to make his return to the pitch.
The ace was snapped smiling as he took part in Chelsea training on Wednesday.
James cheekily captioned his picture: “Against all odds.”

There was another hint on James’ fitness from his club Chelsea, who released a statement on Wednesday revealing Trevoh Chalobah and Carney Chukwuemeka had both suffered setbacks in their recovery efforts.
There was no mention of a problem for James at all.
But it remains to be seen if he starts against Arsenal after such a long period out, with Malo Gusto also available after serving a three-match ban for a straight red card.
